📅 28 November 2026 – 6.00 pm / midnight 📍 Ozieri, historic centre The wine cellars in the historic centre of Ozieri are opening their doors to recreate the traditional ceremony of tapping the new wines from the Ozieres hills, historically celebrated on 30 November. Guests will be able to tour the wine cellars and sample the new wines, accompanied by traditional local food and drink specialities. Throughout the evening, the streets of the town centre will host live music and travelling performances. Exhibitions and museums will also be open. The event forms part of ‘Su Trinta e Sant’Andria’, a festival celebrating an ancient custom of Ozieri through new wines, local specialities and the opening of the historic centre’s wine cellars. → Go to the full event
