The cork harvesting continues on 5 July, as part of a programme that celebrates the region’s knowledge, traditions and collective memory. The events are organised by local coordination groups (GLCs), who ensure the success of the event thanks to their experience. The event forms part of ‘Primavera in Gallura 2026’, a programme dedicated to Gallura’s rural culture.
