Meetings with Winemakers” series continues with a day dedicated to natural wine and its relationship with the restaurant industry. The day’s programme:
• 11.00 – 13.00 Conference: “Natural wine today. Why serve it, why drink it. Reflections on today’s restaurant market and food and wine pairings”. Free admission
• 15:00 – 16:00 Workshop: Wine under the microscope
• 16:30 – 20:30 Tasting tables featuring over 150 wines from more than 30 wineries & food on offer
• 17:00 Guided and themed tours of the tasting tables (in Italian and English)
• 18:30 Concert: ‘Storia di una bomba, da De André alla canzone popolare e ritorno’ (Federico Marras Perantoni, Carlo Doneddu, Enrico Severini) The programme combines in-depth talks with food and wine tasting sessions linked to the wines and the culinary offerings. The event forms part of the “Vite e Vite.
