8 November 2026 – 10.00 am and 12.00 pm Putifigari, the area in front of the Mycological Exhibition and the area in front of the municipal sports hall Ammentos de Putifigari is an initiative organised by the Putifigari Pro Loco, dedicated to mycology, Sardinian culinary arts and the promotion of the local area and its traditions. At 10.00 am, in the area in front of the Mycological Exhibition, the Association of Chefs of the Province of Sassari will host a cookery demonstration featuring traditional dishes with mushrooms as the main ingredient. At the same time, in the area in front of the municipal sports hall annex, MP Sardina Soc. Agricola SRLS of Buddusò will be hosting a cookery demonstration on how to cook Sardinian suckling pig over charcoal. At 12:00, at the municipal sports hall, the Putifigari Pro Loco will be hosting the Porcino Porcetto Festival.
