- – 5.00 pm 📍 Alghero, Tarragona Park – Mercede Gardens Compagnia Samovar returns with ‘Officina Oceanografica Sentimentale’. The travelling theatre kicks off the afternoon in Tarragona Park – Mercede Gardens.
- – 5.00 pm 📍 Alghero, Tarragona Park – Mercede Gardens Bottega IMATA presents *Il Respiro della Manovella* at Alghero. The performance complements the afternoon programme dedicated to travelling theatres.
- – 7.00 pm 📍 Alghero, Walking Tour of the Historic Centre Lucia Fusina presents *Madame Cirque* as a walking tour through the historic centre of Alghero. The show winds its way through the city, taking the festival beyond traditional performance spaces.
- – 8.00 pm 📍 Alghero, Tarragona Park – Mercede Gardens Cia Jimena Cavalletti presents Las Bobas at Alghero. Following Putifigari, the show moves to Tarragona Park – Mercede Gardens.
- – 9.00 pm 📍 Alghero, Tarragona Park – Mercede Gardens / Big Top Circo Madera returns to the big top with Orfeos. The show brings the day’s events in Alghero to a close, forming the centrepiece of the festival’s programme.
The event forms part of the Mamatita Festival 2026, the 10th edition of the first contemporary circus and travelling performances festival recognised by the Ministry of Culture in Sardegna. The travelling festival, dedicated to ‘REINCANTO’, traverses Alghero and the north-western coast of Sardegna, featuring Italian and international companies, theatres on wheels, stage machinery and travelling structures. → Go to the full event
