SUMMARY:The Festival of Su Brou
DESCRIPTION:Borutta\, San Pietro di Sorres\n 📅 19 September 2026\n📍 Borutta\, San Pietro di Sorres In the afternoon\, the Bastida di Sorres comes to life with the setting up of the medieval camp and an immersive tour for local school groups. The event marks the start of the historical re-enactment of the battle between the Doria and Aragonese forces that took place on the Sorres plain\, as well as the activities that will continue in the monastery woods. The event forms part of Sa Festa de Su Brou 2026\, a programme that combines religious remembrance\, local identity and historical re-enactment centred on San Pietro di Sorres. The programme weaves together a procession\, a communal lunch\, screenings and medieval activities\, illustrating the connection between community\, landscape and memory. → View the full event
