📍 Uri / Piazza Alisa At 6.00 pm, the urban walking tour takes participants on a guided walk through the historic sites of Uri. The route combines the culture, traditions and flavours of the region, with tastings of typical local produce. At 7.30 pm, the evening continues in Piazza Alisa with the Summer Artichoke Festival Dinner. There will be two menus on offer – one featuring seafood and one featuring meat – prepared with passion and in keeping with tradition. The Summer Artichoke Festival, now in its sixteenth year, is an event celebrating the flavours and traditions of the Sardegna, dedicated to the Sardinian Spiny Artichoke PDO, and to the culture and hospitality of Uri. Organised by the Uri Pro Loco under the patronage of the local council, the event continues the legacy of the historic Spring Artichoke Festival, which in March 2026 was awarded the EPLI ‘Festival of Excellence’ Quality Mark. → Go to the full event
