📍 Cloister of Santa Maria di Betlem, Sassari The fifth day features three literary events and performances of traditional Sardinian music. • 6.30 pm – Melania Muscas presents *La profezia dello straniero. Sherden* (Giunti Editore, 2024), in conversation with Agnese Paolella. • 7.30 pm – Gavino Zucca presents *Giallo a Valle delle Magnolie* (Newton Compton Editori, 2026), in conversation with Lella Rosa. • 8.30 pm – Ciriaco Offeddu presents *Angelina* (Bompiani, 2026), in conversation with Antonangelo Liori. The programme also includes a performance by the Florinas Choir. The event is hosted by journalist and radio presenter Maria Pintore. Admission is free of charge, subject to availability. Dedicated access for people with disabilities is available via the library entrance on Via Artiglieria. The City&City Festival is organised by the City&City Cultural Association, in collaboration with the Church of Santa Maria di Betlem, the Giunti al Punto bookshops in Sassari and the Maria Carta Foundation. The event is made possible with funding from the Autonomous Region of Sardegna, the Sardegna Foundation, the Municipality of Sassari and the Camera di Commercio di Sassari via the Salude & Trigu network, with the support of C.A.P.R.I. Scarl, Web Solutions, Maggi and media partner City&City Magazine. The event forms part of the City&City 2026 Cultural and Literary Festival, a programme that brings together books, music, photography and cultural dialogue between Alghero and Sassari. The programme features authors, journalists, musicians, traditional choirs and artists. The winter session, scheduled for 27–29 November, will feature literary events and an exhibition marking Iron Maiden’s 50th anniversary. → View the full event
