Garibaldi Intimo is a theatrical tour of Giuseppe Garibaldi’s house-museum. To mark the 170th anniversary of the purchase of the Casa Bianca, the Compendio Garibaldino and the Be in the Move Festival have invited the Tir et la Lyre theatre company, in collaboration with the Mangano-Massip and GentiArrubiaTeatro companies, to create a theatrical tour inspired by the most intimate scents of the hero’s life. The scents of his home, his favourite foods and the plants he cultivated intertwine with the more subtle scents of birth, illness and death. A sensory journey through history, dance, mime and poetry. Island A walk with Marconi takes the audience on a journey to discover the site of the first attempts to send and receive a telegraphic message. Tommaso Gamboni will lead the tour dedicated to an important historical moment: an invention that revolutionised the way we communicate. With Tommaso Gamboni, Giovanni Cesaraccio Nature Association.

Stoik brings Mr and Mrs Chiunque to the stage. They always want to do well, but end up failing even more. He is tall, lanky and limp; he wants to give his best. She is small, energetic and stocky, but all this overwhelms her. They are true to themselves and to the audience. A burlesque world where the feat moves from the extraordinary to the ordinary.
