From 6.00 pm On Sunday 14 June, Alguer Wine Week draws to a close in Fertilia with a grand finale marking the 90th anniversary of the village’s foundation. The programme includes a walking wine tasting of Alghero DOC wines and produce from the Porto Conte Park, accompanied by music, performances and entertainment. There will also be a photographic exhibition: a visual journey through historical and contemporary images that trace the evolution of viticulture in the area. Amidst the arcades of Fertilia, wine becomes a bridge between the past and the future, paying tribute to a community known for its hospitality. Along the arcades, restaurateurs will offer food and wine pairings specially curated for the event. Tickets cost €15 and include a Wine Kit with a glass and a wine pouch, three wine tastings and a return transfer from Alghero on the Wine Bus. The event is part of Alguer Wine Week, the Sardegna Wine Festival dedicated to wine, music, tastings, culture and performances, taking place in Alghero from 8 to 14 June 2026. The event forms part of Salude & Trigu, the Chamber of Commerce project that showcases the traditional and cultural events of Northern Sardinia through authentic experiences spread across the region. → View the full event details
