6.00 pm – 11.00 pm On Friday 12 June, the historic centre of Alghero will host ‘Walking Wine’, a series of itinerant wine tastings accompanied by music, performances and entertainment. The tasting includes five glasses of wine. The historic centre transforms into a wine trail to be enjoyed whilst strolling amongst wine glasses, artistic performances, wine stations, food tastings, live music, DJ sets and entertainment. The route runs between the M. Polo Ramparts, Piazza Ginnasio and the Fort of La Maddalena. Tickets cost €15 and include a Wine Kit with a glass and a carrying pouch, as well as five tastings of local and regional wines at the dedicated stands. The event forms part of Alguer Wine Week, the Sardegna Wine Festival dedicated to wine, music, tastings, culture and entertainment, scheduled to take place in Alghero from 8 to 14 June 2026. The event forms part of Salude & Trigu, the Chamber of Commerce project that showcases the traditional and cultural events of Northern Sardinia through authentic experiences spread across the region. → Go to the full event
