• 9.30 am – 12.30 pm – Palau, Montiggia Cultural Centre Workshops tailored for children and young people. A Small but Great Universe, a theatre workshop led by Agostino Aresu. ‘I Tell My Story’, a photography and cyanotype workshop led by Massimiliano Marraffa and Eva Macchi of Ora Blu Lab. ‘From String to Sound’, a musical instrument-making workshop led by Danilo Mineo and Filippo Giuffrè.
• 6.00 pm – Palau, Montiggia Cultural Centre Workshop taster sessions — ‘Seeds of Sun, Flowers of Shadow’. Cyanotype workshop led by Eva Macchi and Massimiliano Marraffa from Ora Blu Lab.
• 7.30 pm – Palau, Montiggia Cultural Centre Children’s show — The Secret of Mountain Island. Shadow theatre by and starring Davide Serra, aka Effetto Serra.

The event is part of the 2026 Isole che Parlano International Festival, directed by Paolo Angeli and Nanni Angeli and organised by the Sarditudine Association. For thirty years, the festival has been fostering a dialogue between contemporary arts, traditions, landscape and community, bringing together cultural roots and contemporary forms of expression. → View the full event
