The event involves the Manyacs and Mataresos de l’Alguer and forms part of the preparations for the displays dedicated to the Catalan tradition of castells. The Sant Miquel Festival brings together the celebrations dedicated to Saint Michael, patron saint of Alghero, and celebrates the city’s cultural identity and its deep connection with Catalan tradition.
