Wine & Life, among the food and wine events scheduled to take place in Sassari in November 2022, is a new wine format now in its third year and promoted by the APS (Association of Social Promotion) of the same name.

This event format, was studied prior to its implementation for about two years in close collaboration with institutions and industry insiders.

It draws inspiration first and foremost from the tried-and-true experiences of the major wine fairs in the National and European territory.

It has been developed and stitched to Sardinia 's needs with a 20-year schedule, divided into five-year, growth steps, and is designed to comply with the "national wine world event regulations" (a set of technical dictates that distinguish a professional, accredited wine event from a purely exhibition-based private event).

The ultimate aim is to create in Sardinia and for Sardinia that professional, unambiguous and aggregating wine event that was still missing and thus become a reference point, first Regional and then Mediterranean, for the sector and all that gravitates around it, from producers and distributors to restaurateurs and consumers, bringing content of particular interest and involving the host city/province/region at various levels.

THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 17

6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Free aperitif at the "Historic Shops" in the city center. At the circuit of activities called "Historic Shops" (full list on Wine&Life social profiles), the organization will offer a free aperitif illustrated and served by a sommelier, who will present some of the labels being tasted at the Wine&Life Wine Show on the date of the 19th.

7 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Themed aperitifs and dinners, at city bars and restaurants. Catering businesses participating in the project (full list on Wine&Life social profiles), will offer their customers specially designed wine-food pairing menus with some of the labels being tasted at the Wine&Life Wine Salon on the date of the 19th.

Salone Vinicolo Mediterraneo Wine&Life (reserved for the HORECA sector with activity accreditation) c/o Ex Mercato Civico, Sassari. The event is dedicated to the island's catering sector and is designed specifically to foster business networking, both internal (connecting producers, restaurateurs and distributors) and external (connecting producers and distributors with international buyers specially invited by the organization).
