The 2026 Sagra del Zichi celebrates one of the oldest and most distinctive products of Sardinian cuisine. Zichi is a traditional bread from Bonorva, made from durum wheat and deeply rooted in local tradition. Now in its 32nd year, this traditional Sardinian food festival attracts thousands of visitors every year.
The town’s main street and central square host an evening dedicated to the flavours of the region. Visitors will be able to sample Bonorva’s traditional dish, both in its classic form and in various modern interpretations, thanks to this event which preserves time-honoured flavours and showcases the town’s culinary identity.
