The Figari International Short Film Fest 2026 is an event dedicated to short films, new media and digital arts.
Launched in 2011 as a competitive forum for independent short films, it is now a key event for young talent and industry professionals.
The festival selects and screens short films from all over the world.
For Sardegna, it represents a highlight of the national cultural and cinematic landscape.
It was the first festival in Italy to host a genuine international market dedicated to short films.
The Figari International Short Film Market enriches the programme with industry events, meetings, pitches and opportunities for discussion.
For seven days, the festival brings screenings, premieres, special events and market activities to Via Della Marina, Lungomare Golfo Aranci.
