Ardara

In Ardara, the arrival of the festival brings with it the colours of the banners, the hand-woven threads, and the painstakingly crafted embroidery and paintings that tell ancient stories.

The banners are raised one after the other, accompanying the flag of Our Lady of the Kingdom in a procession of symbols and devotion that winds its way through the village streets.
Every detail speaks of a sense of belonging; every gesture renews a deep bond.

For almost a century, the Feast of Our Lady of the Kingdom has been celebrated year after year, living on in the people, in their expressions, in their shared faith and in the warmth of the community.

The streets come alive, sounds intertwine, tradition takes shape and is brought to life.
It is a moment suspended in time, where past and present walk hand in hand.

In Ardara, it is not just a festival that is celebrated: a history is preserved, an identity is renewed, and anyone who wishes to feel part of something genuine is welcomed.
