The Etnosfera Festival 2026 is a wide-ranging cultural event taking place in Aggius, in the heart of Gallura.
The festival was created to celebrate local identities, folk traditions, minority languages and world music. It is a journey that brings the region’s intangible heritage into dialogue with national and international artistic experiences.
The programme combines music, performances, readings and in-depth discussions, fostering encounters between local communities and artists from diverse cultural backgrounds.
As part of the festival, the Matteo Peru Prize is awarded, dedicated to the preservation of traditional Gallurese polyphony and the support of new generations of singers.
The concerts foster a fusion of tradition and contemporary styles, encouraging intercultural dialogue.
The extensive food and wine programme involves local businesses and showcases the region’s produce and cuisine.
